Delete your Waslla account
You can delete your account and its data at any time. Deleting is permanent: your items, stickers, conversations and photos are erased.
In the app
- Open the Waslla app and sign in.
- Go to Settings › Privacy & data.
- Tap Delete account and enter your password to confirm.
Without the app
Email us from the address you registered with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm it is you, then delete it within 30 days.

- Your account is disabled straight away and erased after 14 days. Signing in before then cancels the deletion.
- Erased: your profile, items, stickers, conversations, photos and videos, and devices.
- Kept: anonymised security and audit records, and anything the law requires us to keep, for up to 2 years.
